About Le Cordon Bleu
Our Le Cordon
Bleu Culinary Arts Program maintains its dedication to educational excellence. Our premier facility
is located in a 45,000-square-foot building overlooking a lush golf course, lake, and mountains.
Inside, you’ll find seven kitchens, six classrooms, a library, and L’Ecole Restaurant.
The student-run L’Ecole Restaurant was awarded the Mobile 3-star rating, the highest award given
to student-operated restaurants. Here, patrons can reserve seats and savor the cuisine prepared by
students in our Le Cordon Bleu Program. L’Ecole is an operations classroom and instructional
laboratory.
To help ensure the success of our students, SCI also offers housing assistance, financial aid is
available for those who qualify, and career services assistance for help in finding employment at
graduation and throughout your career.
